Our Laquered Stainless Steel is only .015" thick but steel is so much harder than aluminum that it's a very solid badge. That's why it's more expensive - it's more difficult to cut. Steel gets heavy quickly - best suited for smaller badges.
Standard sizes or custom - any size up to 7 sq. inches - specify the size in the Custom Size field. Larger sizes available - please inquire.
We start with a larger sheet and manufacture to order - we don't start with pre-cut blanks. Therefore, some VERY minor variations may occur in the cutting process. (We're talking a few points or pixels - nothing you'd notice without measuring with a ruler.) Please make us aware if you need absolute perfection and we'll slow down our very fast process to eliminate any variances.
No setup fee - No charge for Bleeds. If you need a PMS color match, we can get pretty close. Start with CMYK in your art and let us know the PMS color(s) you're aiming for in the Special Instructions. There's no setup charge for color matches but please allow extra time- we'll need to send a sample for confirmation.
