Blue, plastic covered with adhesive and 3 magnets. Size is 1 3/4" x 1/2". These are the same magnets we put on the back of our badges, and they're the best we can find. They're sold separately only because somebody asked once so we listed them.
Surface Gauss rating: 2780
Gauss rating is a magnetic strength rating. The higher the number, the stronger the magnetic field. If you have any trouble with the badge not holding during agressive movement (if your customer is a Veterinarian and may wrestle with animals, for example) then look for our Extra Strength Magnet instead, which has a Surface Gauss rating of 9340.
Foam adhesive tape is on the side without the magnet. Back of magnet says: Caution - magnetic device. Do not use with pacemaker.
